This is a view of Lake Ontario, looking south from the east end of the Beach
area of Toronto. It’s a spot that dog walkers often go early in the
morning. I liked the complicated clouds and muted colours of the sky that
day. The Beach is one of my favourite places to take pictures in Toronto
because I can get unobstructed views across the lake that remind me a little
of the openness of the prairies.
